I was very disappointed with my stay. I’ve visited Nashville 3–4 times a year for the past eight years and have stayed in more than 15 hotels, and unfortunately this was the worst experience I’ve had. The issues began at check-in. We arrived early and were told to wait in the lobby and that we’d be notified as soon as a room was available (which I fully understand and was fine with). However, three parties who arrived after us were checked in before us. When I asked about it, the front desk agent told me it was “first come, first serve,” even though we had clearly been waiting in the lobby the entire time. Her attitude was dismissive, and when she went to get the manager, she returned without offering any update or acknowledgment. She walked right past me without saying a word. When we finally received our room, it was disappointing. The room was very small, the temperature could not be adjusted, and it felt muggy the entire stay. The toilet was clogged and required maintenance, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the rooms do not have coffee makers, so the only option is to go down to the lobby in the morning—an inconvenience when you just want a simple cup of coffee without having to get fully dressed. Overall, the experience did not match the standard we expected, especially given how often we visit Nashville. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

The 1 HOTEL is absolutely gorgeous! From the entry (outside) to the journey all the way up to the room; the hallways everything is just beautiful with real plants everywhere, even in the room. This is the BEST part about the hotel. The room itself is very tastefully decorated and well equipped with toiletries and great soap and lotion. The staff upon check in could have been a bit more informative; this was our first stay; we didn't know about the roof top deck and when I asked about the restaurant up there, they just said it has a private event so it's closed.... also I do not think our rooms were cleaned up to their standards is all I will say. Gorgeous hotel; staff could be a bit more friendly and cleaning staff definitely needs improvement BUT the KITCHEN restaurant and staff amazing food and service! Even the coffee in the room was top notch Nespresso!

My husband and I was in Franklin for a wedding and stayed at the Harpeth Hotel. The room was nice but the restaurant was exceptional. Our food was tasty and the waiter extremely friendly. We enjoyed the live music in the lobby. We would’ve loved to have listened for hours. Everyone was having a good time. I would recommend this hotel to all.
